Terms and Conditions
OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following describes the Bill Gregory Health Care Classic Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”). The Event is being conducted by Live4It Community, Inc (“Sponsoring Entity”) and Hamilton Health Care System, Inc. d/b/a Vitruvian Health, Hamilton Bradley Wellness Center, Hamilton Medical Center, Inc. (“Organization”):
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS, SPONSORS, VENDORS, EXHIBITORS, FOOD TRUCKS, AND VOLUNTEERS:
In order to qualify for this Event as a participating Individual, Sponsor, Vendor, Exhibitor, Food Truck, and/or Volunteer (“Participant”), each Participant shall comply with the following terms and conditions:
- All Participants agree to engage in good sportsmanship and exhibit ethical behavior.
- Events and participation rules may be modified or altered at any time before or during the Event by the Sponsoring Entity.
- Each Participant shall execute all required forms and documents to be eligible to participate in the Event, including the corresponding Waiver and Release based on registration status, i.e. Participant Waiver Disclaimer and Release, Sponsor or Exhibitor Disclaimer and Release, Food Truck Disclaimer and Release and/or Volunteer Instructor Disclaimer and Release (as applicable).
Participants agree to comply with the following terms of participation and any obligations imposed by the Sponsoring Entity. By participating, Participants also understand and agree (a) to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions, and (b) the Sponsoring Entity, in its sole and absolute discretion, may limit participation in the event.
RIGHT TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND EVENT:
If for any reason the Event is not capable of proceeding as planned, it may be either cancelled, terminated, modified, or suspended.
The Sponsoring Entity and/or Organization further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Event as a result of any act, occurrence, or reason that it believes would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Event. Non-refundable event.
